If you have seen one of our postal shared mailings of late you will know that they tend to include a leaflet from the School of Education Administration, which is one of the companies Hamilton House owns.  And because we own it, I get to see exactly what the results of each mailing is – which is why I am once again getting rather interested in the whole shared mailing programme.

We’re almost on the closing date for the shared postal campaign to 5000 primary schools and probably now won’t do one of these again for a few months.  There’s a couple of places left, but delivery is by 6 September, so please do call now if you want to get in.  You can take your free personal email campaign any time thereafter.

The secondary postal shareds all seem to be filling up completely, so if you are interested in a postal shared to secondary schools there is one on 28 September, but it might get booked fairly soon.

Postal shared to 5000 largest primary schools.
Mailing date: 13th September 2011
Delivery of materials by 6th September 2011.

Postal shared to 5000 secondary schools
Mailing date: 28th September
Delivery of materials by 21st September.

PRICES (for each mailing – there’s a 10% discount on the 1 leaflet price if you do both mailings).

  • 1 leaflet, £388, 2 leaflets £472 (price per leaflet 4.7p)
  • Weight charge: £20 per gram after the first 15g.
  • Multiple leaflets: If you are sending more than one leaflet the leaflets do not have to be to the same teacher,

Huge discounts on personal email promotions

If you have never used a personal email list of teachers before, then there’s a fair sized discount waiting for you as a first time user. Likewise, if you are not too bothered as to whether your email goes out this week or in a couple of week’s time, there’s another discount.

And there’s the option of a free postal campaign too.

For the coming term we’ve greatly expanded our personal email lists of teachers and offered a wide range of discounts.

For example if you buy an e-mailing to all the teachers on one of our personal lists (eg the 5000 secondary school bursars or the 3910 heads of business studies) the price is now down to 10p each.

But that’s only the start. If you are a first time user there’s a further 30% discount. If you are flexible over the date of transmission of the email there’s a 30% discount there too (although you can’t take both 30% discounts at once – sorry).

One other point. We only post to each teacher once a week (it is what helps increase our response rates quite considerably) so it is worth booking up a little way in advance.

One final point. If you were to spend over £375 with us on one mailing you would then be entitled to a free postal shared mailing campaign to all 5000 secondary schools or to the 5000 largest primary schools.
